When submitting your application please bring in a copy of your commercial driver’s license and a DMV print out showing the proper endorsements.

Copy of Driver License
Current copy of Driving Record
Requirements to be a driver on Team Outback
Permitted to work in the United States
Valid Commercial Driver’s License with proper endorsements
No Serious driving offense in the past 5 years:
- Driving while intoxicated or under the influence (DUI, DWI)
- License Suspension
- Reckless Driving
- Drug Charges
- Vehicular Homicide
- Speeding in excess of 25MPH over the speed limit
- Driving with a suspended/revoked license
Other Offenses:
- No more than 2 moving violations and one or more at fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- No more than one at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
